Bobhealing
I am starting the Whole30 because this morning my wife shared that she knows of a program that can help me achieve the sleep I want. I am between 60 and 70 years old and know that sleep is critical for a healthy brain and body. If there is anyone else who is challenged with this issue and has ideas for getting a full nights sleep, please send in your thoughts and ideas. I have spent all of New Years day reading about the Whole 30 program and writing my goals, two of which address the issue of sleep. I start day 1 tomorrow on Jan 2, 2015. Cheers!
