just found out about this program. I have a background of loosing 90lbs and changing my lifestyle by eating healthy and working out regularly. Changing careers and becoming a Personal trainer this year has been challenging me in ways that i didn't think would happen. I need to recommit myself to practice what i preach and commit to a "regular" workout routine and recommit to eating healthy! Hoping the Whole30 will help me "reset" and get back on track! I am trying to cram all the book in by saturday. I already lived the basic principle. my question is our there any daily meal plans out there that i can follow?

 

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated :)
