My name is Keely and as of yesterday (Jan 1), I have started the Whole100. This is my 3rd round of Whole30 and I decided to extend this one to Whole100. I am running the Boston Marathon in April so I want to keep myself at optimal health through my training and these cold winter months. I couldn't be more excited for the new year!
