I will be joining this new lifestyle on January 7th as this is a time when my amazing church will also be refocusing their priorities starting on the 7th. They will be doing an actual fast and my family and I will be ridding ourselves too of areas in our life that are unhealthy...video games, TV, certain foods, negative mind sets, etc. So what great and Divine timing it is to begin Whole30! I have suffered from Lyme Disease for 20 years and saw this ailment on the list of areas where people have seen improvement. So cheers to 2015 and a year of health and healing!
