juliawholesomething
I'm eating out tomorrow at an Asian resturant. They make rolls with no rice and I typically order Sashimi and stay away from soy sauce. Is there anything I should be weary of or be sure to ask? I'm thinking salmon and yellowtail rolls with no rice? Julia wholesomething.weebly.com
GFChris
The wasabi can be questionable so I would avoid that as well. Avoid crabmeat, as imitation crabmeat can contain gluten. No tempura or mayonnaise either. Enjoy! Do you like tuna or octopus too? Those, along with the ones you listed are my sashimi favorites.
praxisproject
Beware stir fries as meat can be marinated in sugar or soy. No fish balls or fish cakes. Steamed veggies are usually available, just ask for them with no sauce

Delaine Ross
You can also bring your own coconut aminoes to sub for soy sauce.
