Dairyqueen Posted January 3, 2015 Share Posted January 3, 2015 Hi everyone!I'll be starting Monday for the first time, and it will be a challenge to say the least.My current diet consists of majority breads, sugars and dairy, sooooo, I'm in for some fun! I eat few vegetables, am very particular with food, and am the resident baker of all things peanut butter and chocolate. My grand plan is to use this is a way to find new, healthier options I enjoy, change my tastebuds and kick some of my hatred for veggies! I'm REALLY excited, I decided to do this purely because I want a challenge and I'm a pretty determined person, once I make my mind up about something, it's on. Today I'm gathering recipes, making up a plan for this week and cleaning out my cupboards!I'm a first timer, and don't have any friends or family doing this, so would LOVE any support, encouragement, or ass-kickings through this month.
