SMACD15
I'm not sure what potassium sorbate is besides that it's listed as a preservative. I know it's not ideal to have foods with preservatives but is it against Whole 30 (its listed in one ingredient for a recipe)? I tried searching online and it didn't seem to pop up so if there is a link to a Whole30 article on this I'd love to read it. Thanks!
Physibeth
I do believe you are still compliant eating this, but if you can find an option without it probably even better.
SMACD15
Thanks! It's been eye opening to see how many things are listed as ingredients and I have no idea what they are. Moving forward, I wont buy anything with it listed.
