4Wainmans
I'm using a natural toothpaste but it has carageenan. I'm not eating it or ingesting it, other than swallowing after I finish brushing. Is this OK? Please forgive if this is a silly question - I really don't want to change my toothpaste! Thanks!
missmary
all toothpaste is permitted, because, as you mention: you aren't eating it. If you want to search for a more natural/less sweet toothpaste, go for it, but it isn't required.

(I just noticed this in my Trader Joe's natural peppermint toothpaste and I'm on Day 7 - aaaargh!!).
