Moderators ultrarunnergirl Posted January 3, 2015 Moderators Share Posted January 3, 2015 The Clothes Make the Girl's Melissa Joulwan has a great Whole30 post that includes a meal plan and shopping list. http://theclothesmakethegirl.com/2014/12/28/whole30-resources-roundup-2/ Her Well Fed cookbook has a very helpful Weekly Cookup section that outlines how to calculate how much protein and veggies to buy for the week. We also want you to learn how to shop, cook and care for your health through your Whole30. So start with these helpful guides, then gradually move to figuring it out on your own. You'll get the hang of it!
