I'd been telling myself I'd start on the weekend when I had time to grocery shop/cook, but then I didn't think pushing it back was in the spirit of things. I ditched all my non-W30 foods and am looking forward to doing a lotttt of cooking over the weekend. Fortunately the salad bar at my work is super super healthy with lots of options, so that's always great in a pinch. Looking forward to getting past the initial hump!
