JordanD21
I have a bag of Wildway paleo grain-free sweetener-free granola, and I was wondering if this is Whole30 compliant. The ingredients in the gingerbread flavor that I have are: dates, pecans, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, cashews, cinnamon, ginger, allspice, nutmeg, cloves, vanilla beans, and sea salt. http://www.wildwayoflife.com/shop/wildway-gingerbread-grain-free-granola/ Help, please? GFChris
It has compliant ingredients, but we discourage Paleo cereals on a Whole30. This product is essentially fruit and fat, from a Whole30 perspective. For best results, design all meals to fit the recommended meal template of 1-2 palms of protein, 1-3 cups of veggies, and the appropriate amount of compliant fat.
