MarilynK Posted January 4, 2015 Share Posted January 4, 2015 I'm doing everything I can to set my self up to achieve the Whole30 goal, but I'm nervous that somewhere in the middle my enthusiasm will slow down and I'll think, "oh, just this once". Make a list of those and keep them handy. Write your goals down and keep those handy too. It's 30 days of eating protein, veggies and fat....you can do it!!!!
