WholeAnna
Hi I am starting my first whole30 tomorrow. I am pretty sorted (I think!), but just want some clarification on the official meal plan. We are not supposed to eat coconut, olives, seeds/nuts, avocado and coconut milk at every meal are we?? I assume you choose one or two per meal? I haven't read the book (I live in country Victoria in Australia and it's not in book shops here, and haven't been online shopping yet!), so it's not clear to me at the moment. And just in case anyone from oz is reading this, any ideas on where to source approved bacon and/or sausage? I'm after some to add to certain meals to make them a little more family friendly Thanks...I'm excited, but terrified too. I'm seriously addicted to sugar.... missmary
you are correct: just choose one or two fat sources for your meal, the listing is to help you understand that depending on which fat you choose, you might need more or less of them to make up a "serving"
