I'm trying to make sure I log everything.  I am not sure if this will work better or a notebook so I am going to try both until I see what is more maintainable.


1/4/15 Day 1


Woke up at 10:30 (sooooo nice)


Meal 1 - 3 fried eggs, kale with Harisa Seasoning (11 am) 2 cups of coffee with almond milk
