alauritson
While trying a make some of the suggested meals that is kindly offered for free by Whole30, I've come across some ingredients that aren't allowed. Example: I'd like to make the "Mexican" chicken recipe, which calls for one 4 oz can of diced green chilies. Every can I've found also contains salt, citric acid, and calcium chloride in the ingredient list. Does this mean I cannot use canned diced chilies? You can have those ingredients, and therefore, the chilies. http://forum.whole9life.com/topic/249-calcium-chloride-citric-acid-and-guar-gum/
