Jcasar
Is dizziness a symptom? Today I feel dizzy and nauseous. Not sure if I have the beginning of the flu...or the toxic shock to my body??
praxisproject
You may need to eat some more starches. Have some sweet potato, pumpkin or other favourite starch.
Moderators LadyM Posted January 5, 2015 Moderators Share Posted January 5, 2015 Post what you've been eating and we can give you better feedback. Is it possible you're not eating enough, period? Drinking enough water? Or not getting enough starches, as praxis mentioned?
Tina R
Are you eating enough salt? Many people don't salt their food properly when on a whole30.
Jcasar
thank you for the replies and the ideas...and i think all may apply. I didn't eat as much as i should have as i didn't feel great when i woke up....then snacked on veggies in the early afternoon. today i am eating more starting right away. i had eggs and sausage for breakfast, with crisp veggies...and made sure to add salt! Just now had a sweet potatoe and chicken for lunch. While i don't feel amazing i do feel better. thank you again for the ideas.
Moderators LadyM Posted January 5, 2015 Moderators Share Posted January 5, 2015 For best results, we recommend eating a template meal a minimum of three times a day plus pre and post workout meals if applicable. praxisproject
Are you working out at all? If so, are you having pre and post workout food too?
czylbe1
The first three days have been great but here I am on day 4 feeling queasy like others. I don't have a sweet potatoe on hand. What other starchy food can I eat to settle my stomach? I had a little plain hot green tea and that seemed to help.
