Feeling a bit overwhelmed by my lack of typical planning (I'm an over-planner) and by the fact I won't be counting calories at all during the next 30 days-I typically track everything. This will surely help my obsessive nature, I know. Gotta start somewhere! Meal 1: 3 egg scramble with broccoli and sweet potato, 1 cup of coffee, 2 cups water.
