Changing work hours

I work a pretty inconsistent schedule. In a week I work a 24 hour shift and then a 12 hour night shift. Some days are quiet and we sleep all night, others we're up through out the night. I'm on day 5, I feel great and am loving the program but I'm worried about how to prepare to go back to work once my days off are done. Any suggestions about changing meal times on those days? Or should I just pack a snack or maybe a fourth meal?
