I love whole30!!!!

Often when I have training right on dinner time, I will plan a large dinner, and eat the meat portion as pre-workout, and the vege portion with a tuna tin as post workout.

So today, my god!! I sat down to 'dinner' of chicken thighs and bone marrow. The MOST EPIC meal ever!

Off to train my dogs now, then home for roasted veges. I feel like I could conquer the world!
