anjelevil
I am used to marinating ribs and then slow cooking them.On this 30 day detox,I have done ribs on the stove top. Any suggestions for a rib marinade? It's difficult without soy sauce and other good Asian sauces.
Meg Hamilton
I made these without the honey & they were pretty good. You can use coconut aminos instead of soy sauce. http://paleomg.com/crockpot-coffee-ancho-chile-short-ribs/

roseann0461
This sounds great... If I do not have grass fed short ribs should I wait until I do?
anjelevil
I'm not using grass fed anything as I have no access to it and I can't afford it either. If you trim ribs from all the fat they are fine to eat anyway. I ended up making these ribs but without the bbq or the sauce. They were INCREDIBLE http://paleospirit.com/2011/dry-rubbed-barbecue-pork-ribs-paleo-style/
