Trailfoxed
Was supposed to start on Monday but used a few days to prepare and start transitioning to the right foods. This is going to be a tough one due to crazy stress at work, moving, and figuring out grad school, but I feel like it is the best thing I can do for myself to keep sane & feel in more control through everything. Big factors for me are 1) Getting sleep & relaxing, 2) Exercising, and 3) Drinking water, which I really struggle with during winter. Hoping to improve issues I've been having lately with congestion, stomach discomfort/water weight fluctuation, skin problems, stress and appreciation of real food. Biggest faults lately have been resorting to sugar when stressed out and letting that become somewhat of an addiction, and not having real meals available. Ready to respect myself & body and appreciate the benefits of good real food!
