I'm pretty nervous about the process as I'm training for a pretty knarly 1/2 marathon that goes on September 29th, but I've read a couple of posts on here and although it may be rough, apparently it can be done. Everyone seems to be different, but when your body adjusts it's like a light switch of goodness turned on. I was a skeptic when I started and I am shocked at how better I feel.
