Lundclan Posted January 9, 2015 Share Posted January 9, 2015 Hi Everyone! I'm gearing up to start my whole 30 in just a few days! I've always been up and down in regards to my relationship with food, and even though I have been very fit at times as a runner, I have never really had a healthy relationship with food. I went "paleo" last year, and started loosing weight until I started making SWYPO foods and then everything fell apart. I am really looking forward to getting started! jennifer.holm Posted January 13, 2015 Share Posted January 13, 2015 I started yesterday as well, although not coming from paleo diet at all......have a diet full of dairy and grains, so is a major adjustment. This is my second Whole 30 and I'd forgotten how much I enjoyed being on it. I've had lots of energy, but today I'm completely exhausted and still in my pyjamas at nearly 10:00am. and no sign of motivation to get out of them any time soon LOL.
