I'm guessing this has been asked before, but I don't seem to be able to find it on the forums.   Is Club Soda Whole30 compliant?

From what I read it is basically water with sodium or potassium salts added.  No calories, no carbs.  Nothing else on the ingredients label other than the sodium and potassium.

I wouldn't want to drink much of it due to the sodium, but thought it might be a nice change once in a while with a slice of lemon, lime, orange or other fruits.  I live in a small, rural area and lots of the compliant beverage options are simply not available here.

I can get Perrier, but it's not cheap and I'm not even 100% sure that's okay.

Thanks folks!   I'm on Day 9 of my first Whole30 and doing great.... just a little beverage boredom.

Yes, you can have club soda, as long as the ingredients are compliant.

And yes, this has been asked before.  :)  Easiest way to search the forum is from Google. Type Whole30 followed by whatever you're looking for, and you'll get links to the posts.
