Just finished week 1

My name is Cathy and this is my first post. I just finished my first week of Whole30 and I feel amazing! Day 4 had me doubting that I wanted to continue. I hate feeling nauseous, but I hung in there. I don't miss the chocolate cravings since chocolate is a trigger for my acid reflux. I have more energy and my mood has improved. Looking forward to week 2  :D
