lkb827
Can I have Biokult Probiotics if it says that there are trace amounts of soy and milk? I'm assuming the answer is no, but am then wondering if you know of any approved brands of probiotics? Also, is Fermented Cod Liver Oil ok if it has organic orange oil and organic lemon oil? Robin Strathdee
The orange and lemon oil are fine as added ingredients, the soy and milk are not. You could try asking at your local health food/supplement store, eating naturally fermented foods like kimchi and sauerkraut, or even passing on the probiotics during your 30 days.
