Hi all,

This is day 6 for me and I felt great today.  Over the past weekend I felt a little sluggish and didn't feel like doing a whole lot.  But today I feel full of energy, I even hit the gym for a HIIT class, and where usually in the past I'm exhausted and in bed by now.  I don't know if this is a temporary 'high' and the dreaded day 10 is just around the corner, or maybe my body is already adjusting? Any clues?  Thanks.

It is possible that your personal Whole 30 timeline is shifted slightly.  So, you may be going through the boundless energy phase (not quite tiger blood, yet) that is normally seen around day 8-15.  I would proceed with caution, though, and not overdue your activities or exercise at this point.  Congratulations on feeling great!
