T-Squared
On the "stuff we like" list on whole 9 they recommend: Jarrow d3 which has glycerin in it. Now Foods Super Enzymes which reads "may contain Lactose (milk) as a processing aid." Are these really compliant?
T-Squared
I see the enzymes were already discussed here: http://forum.whole9l...estive-enzymes/ and Melissa said she would modify the recommendations for new publications of ISWF, but I think it would also be helpful to change it on the Whole 9 site. T-Squared
Are Whole 9 and Whole 30 not connected? Is that why no one has responded or changed the information?
Tina R
They are connected they were both created by the Hartwigs. Not sure why they haven't corrected that information. Yes I think it would be helpful as well.
Robin Strathdee
Hi everyone! Whole30 and Whole9 are indeed connected, but not interchangeable. Whole9 focuses on greater lifestyle issues, while Whole30 is specifically focused on the 30 day program. Not everything recommended on the Whole9 site is appropriate for your Whole30, but reflects our general recommendations for life outside of Whole30. I hope this helps! T-Squared
That is helpful. It just seems strange that they would recommend products with sugar and dairy knowing that those products used to be complaint for Whole30 and no longer as well as stating that they were changing the recommendations for the publications in the book. Oh well. I'll just avoid it and not worry about it, I guess! Thanks!
