JosieJake
Can you eat too much almond meal/flour? I make my own almond milk. There is so much meal leftover. I find the only easy way to use it is for breading on chicken or pork chops. Thoughts?
GFChris
Since it's made from nuts and nuts are recommended to be limited on a Whole30, I would be mindful of your nut consumption, beyond the almond meal/flour.
Maureen Boyle
I recently made a small amount of almond milk for my morning tea. I stirred the leftover almond pulp into my afternoon tuna salad. I could also see it working well in a curry. (The tea was so tasty and filling, by the way, that I decided I should only do that one or two days a week. Also, I notice that there are more highly recommended nuts out there. Going forward, I'll experiment with cashews, macadamias, hazelnuts and also maybe a mix of nuts and coconut milk.) Just watch your reactions with the nuts because they can be quite distressing, digestively speaking, for a lot of folks. For me, eat nuts one day = have the pewps the next day. Took me awhile to put it to the nuts!
