almcc Posted February 6, 2015 Share Posted February 6, 2015 Hi all I'm sitting in the airport with time to post the last few days have been chaotic. I need to see how I can change that. I am officially off my Whole 30 starting today. I will be back at it Tuesday. While I'm gone I will stay close to paleo, avoid sweets, but indulge in a few things. Potato chips. As I got more stressed in the last week I continued to drop 1 meal per day. Eating way past wake up time. Something to work on in the 8 days I will have before vacation. Jennor when do you leave?
