Cutiepie_NY Posted January 19, 2015 Share Posted January 19, 2015 Hi all This is my first whole30 and I'm loving the experience...I'm feeling stronger, healthier and have fewer digestive issues. What I'm anxious about is that on day 31, I'm literally on a flight to India at 730am that morning. I've requested a gluten free meal on the flights and will do my best to reintroduce carefully (no alcohol on the flight!!!)...but I'd love to get some advice from others. Have any of you started your reintroduction on a flight? I'm going to take some safe snacks just in case and keep hydrated, but I'm also somewhat confined to whatever I get on the plane .
