Harpman Posted January 19, 2015 Share Posted January 19, 2015 My wife and I just started are whole 30 January 9th. We live in Venice Beach CA, and we used to eat out a lot. So, we are saving tons of money by cooking and preparing ALL our meals now. I sorta miss my beer, but it's worth to rebalance my system. I'm already burning fat as a stable energy source, and I've lost 5 Lbs. (Yes, I know you're not supposed to weigh yourself, but really that's not the main reason I'm doing it) I studied (I mean really studied) Atkins protein diet for a while, but I see now, it's only a sliver of the pie. The whole 30 is really, the whole pie, and all the science makes perfect sense to me. I'm really enjoying my food now, have more energy and feel great.
