liat
Hi everyone! I'm starting my third whole30 this coming Monday, and it will be my first whole180! My boyfriend is starting his first whole30 with me on the 26th, and I'll be continuing it alone thereafter. I read in Stefani Ruper's most recent publication (Weight Loss Unlocked: The Paleo Woman’s Solution) that it can take up to 6 months for inflammation and other forms of long-standing food-related damage to heal. That would have been enough of a reason, but how cool does a "whole180" sound?! I'll essentially being doing a 180-degree turn in many senses, so it also feels pretty symbolic. The true reason for my whole180, admittedly, is losing a series of bets with my boyfriend that eventually resulted in this ludicrously extended whole30; but the more I think about it, the more I like it. I'll likely be reaching out for support along the way, so thanks in advance Any advice is much appreciated, as are volunteers to join up and tackle this with me! Sat nam! dawner
Hey there-I would consider it! I started a Whole100 January 5th but I like the idea of a Whole 180! I had thought about extending it so I might as well just get in the mind set now I suppose. I've done 2 Whole30's and 1 separate Whole60. I need to rid my body of all of this so I can be in the best shape of my life at 45. Let me know if you want to keep in touch!
