Day One!

 

Prepared and ready hopefully this is going to be a good start!

 

M1: 2 Proscuitto Egg Fritata

 

M2: 4 strips of chili lime chicken, green beans, 8 olives and small grapefruit

 

M3: bowl of cincinatti chili, handful of almonds

 

 

I think i got most of my water in today.  Feeling lethargic and ready for bed.  Went to bed at 830.  Was dozing off watching tv. 

 

Day One complete!!! Did not feel any cravings, missed my afternoon pop.

Day Two:

 

woke up this morning super tired even though i went to bed early.  Did not go to work today.  Slept till noonish i think I'm fighting something as i feel blah overall. Maybe its all this healthy food! 

 

M1: 2 Proscuitto egg fritata muffins

 

Now I'm going to cook thai basil beef stir fry.  Sounds yummy.  I will post how it is afterwards!

Yum the Thai Basil stir fry from Nom Nom Paleo was OUTSTANDING!! i will make that one again for sure.  added mushrooms and wish i'd added more veggies.  Feeling a bit tired but not too bad.  Since i got up so late i won't have a M3.  On to another day!
