Hi Charisma, congrats on doing the Whole30! A headache at the stage you're at is pretty common, you can help yourself a bit by drinking lots of water (1/2 ounce per pound of body weight is our recommendation) and making sure you are eating at least one serving of starchy veggies per day (a serving is a fist sized amount). More if you need it.

Also make sure that you are eating enough, check the meal template and find a balance within the ranges.
