Delaine Ross Posted August 26, 2012 Share Posted August 26, 2012 Ill write more later because I'm only on day 28, but wanted to report my "after" hydrostatic body fat results. And first, let me say that I already pretty much ate this way and the only thing I changed was cutting out alcohol, asking more questions at restaurants and being extra careful of added sugars and vegetable oils and the cutting out cheats with either gluten free cupcakes or dark chocolate almond sea salt. Went from 16.3-13.8% body fat in 4 weeks. Weight did not change. Gained 3 pounds muscle and lost 3 pounds of fat and only trained 9 times in the 4 weeks.
