Hi Everyone!


Been reading through reintro questions on the forum and looked at the Reintro manifesto on the Whole30 website, but I am still unclear about something. Perhaps someone can help?


What happens if I reintro dairy on my first day and by day 3 I feel no side effects - can I continue eating dairy whilst I reintro a new food item on day 3 or 4, or do I have to stop eating dairy completely again until the entire reintro process is completed (i.e grains, wine, gluten etc are tested?)
