This New Adventure

Today is my first day on this new plan.  My greatest wish is to end, once and for all, my sugar addiction.  I hope by Day 30 that I will be able to begin  to rebuild my relationship with food for the long haul. Here are a few hopes that I have:


- reduce the fatigue that pulls me down daily

- walk through the world a bit lighter in body and spirit

- learn to be in charge of what I will eat and not let the food be in charge of me


I look forward to sharing the journey.
