I still have a couple more sauces I want to make. Then I just need to hit the shops to stock up on lots of veggies, meat and eggs. I'm excited to see how I go. The only time I felt hungry was late this afternoon at my sons swimming lesson. This is what I had Meal 1 - frittata with sweet potato and silverbeet Meal 2 - Spicy Pumpkin Soup With 3 mini quiches Meal 3 - Cauliflower Fried Rice With Roast Chicken. Let me know how you get on.
