My First Day Was A Success

This is my first Whole 30, I've never felt so full in my life and all the prep work I did meant my first day was a complete success. I'm feeling good and ready to take on Day 2.

 

Meal 1 - Frittata with sweet potato and silver beet

 

Meal 2 - Spicy Pumpkin Soup with 3 mini quiches

 

Meal 3 - Cauliflower fried rice with roast chicken and sunshine sauce
