LancerLott Posted January 28, 2015 Share Posted January 28, 2015 I just joined the forum. I started my Whole30 on January 19th. My husband is also doing the Whole30 with me. It's going okay so far but I worry about eating so much meat and fats sometimes. I still need to have snacks. My day starts at 5:45-6:00 a.m. and ends between 10:00 p.m. and midnight. I also quit smoking on November 14th, 2014. I smoked for many years because I used to shove comfort foods down my throat in secret before then. It didn't matter; I've always been very overweight and now I care about my health (I know, probably too late), and have been doing things about it, here and there, a little at a time. GFChris Posted January 28, 2015 Share Posted January 28, 2015 If you still need snacks, your earlier meals may not be big enough. Or, given the length of your day, you may need 4 meals. To see whether you're on the right track, post 2-3 days worth of your food log, including meals, snacks, and water consumption, so folks here can give you feedback.
