New to the Forum- my Start Date was 1.19.15

I just joined the forum. I started my Whole30 on January 19th. My husband is also doing the Whole30 with me. It's going okay so far but I worry about eating so much meat and fats sometimes. I still need to have snacks. My day starts at 5:45-6:00 a.m. and ends between 10:00 p.m. and midnight. I also quit smoking on November 14th, 2014. I smoked for many years because I used to shove comfort foods down my throat in secret before then. It didn't matter; I've always been very overweight and now I care about my health (I know, probably too late), and have been doing things about it, here and there, a little at a time.

If you still need snacks, your earlier meals may not be big enough. Or, given the length of your day, you may need 4 meals.

To see whether you're on the right track, post 2-3 days worth of your food log, including meals, snacks, and water consumption, so folks here can give you feedback.
