bread after whole30

Hi Mrs Roxann, that's really one of the things that you will self experiment with when you are done your whole30.  What might be fine for me won't necessarily be fine for you.  It's near impossible for any of us to tell you that sourdough will be fine but rye will hurt or that you can have bread twice a week but more than that gives you symptoms.  You (and we) just don't know until you test yourself.
