cda411
I chose to start Whole30 on the last day of the month, a Saturday no less. I spent Friday reading and shopping. I admittedly only have enough food to last a few days. Breakfast: egg scrambled with bell peppers and mushrooms, fresh strawberries Lunch : (on the go) handful of cashews and grape tomatoes Snack: banana and a few more cashews Dinner: plain baked potato, boneless chicken breast sautéed in EVOO with peppers, mushrooms, and tomatoes
