Moving on.

So today is day 30. Not even sure when I will attempt to reintroduce grains, dairy, or legumes. Not even going to try milk. Might use it on rare occasions, but I think that was what made me crash, so I'll use sparingly. Greek yogurt will be good to eat again as the protein always helped me stay asleep. I will, however, bake some bread. I do love bread and I know I can tolerate homemade with gluten enzymes. I still have 10 pounds to lose from the crazy unexplained weight gain that started this mess. I think I will stick mostly with eating paleo until I get back to the weight I was before Thanksgiving. Then I will look at eating grains/legumes. Those, I think, are what  caused the weight gain
