I'm having a CRABBY day, but serves me right for eating like crap 4 days beforehand! I hope this helps your RA too...tried to get a friend of mine with RA to do this with me but she backed out! kirbygirl Posted February 11, 2015 Share Posted February 11, 2015 Yesterday we had catered BBQ at the office and someone brought in homemade lemon bars. Was not even tempted and that felt great. I did, however, almost eat a mini chocolate bar without even thinking about it. Talk about a habit.
