Day 1


Okay!  Round 2.  This time with added fun because Mom is doing this with me.


M1: banana (I know, I know, but it was my first day at a new job and I was crazy anxious)

M2: chinese chicken salad (no dressing, no crumbly crunchy things)

M3: sausage with sweet potato mash (whole 30 cookbook)


Big changes since last time.  I've moved back to California which is fantastic.  I've missed the ocean so much and can't even explain how much better I feel being back home.  (thru a series of unfortunate circumstances I'd been living in AZ for the past 12 years.  there were good things but this. this is HOME.)


I have a goal to lose 20 pounds by August.  I'm not going to stress about it, and if I drop dress sizes rather than pounds that's okay too.  So here we go.


Happy things: this is literally 5 minutes from where I live.   :)
