Kristen Busch Posted August 27, 2012 Share Posted August 27, 2012 Hi all! Saturdaysaturday my husband and I started the journey of Whole 30. I have always had stomach and skin issues but of late its taken a crazy turn. Allergic to gluten and dairy, i wasnt sure where to turn! I saw a few friends on facebook post about whole 30 so we decided to give it a try. I am a notorious carb addict. Eat bread and pretzels all.day.long with barely any protein. Day 2 was really rough for me. And this morning I woke up lightheaded and slightly sick to my stomach. Is this normal for a carb detox? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

That being said, make sure you are eating enough - protein, fat, and veggies. Many people fail to eat enough when they cut grains and sugars. And make sure to drink lots of water.
