Day 2 and feeling sick

Ok, so I'm on day two of Whole 30 and woke up feeling "the hangover" I'm extremely nauseous and I can't even think about eating anything. I had no idea this would happen this quickly! So do I basically have to fight through this and still try to eat even though the though of food is so revolting right now? I don't want to mess this up so any info would be greatly appreciated!

I felt the same way for a few days. I'm on day 19 now and there have been ups and downs. I don't know if you gave up soda or alcohol but those were the killers for me. Each day should get better, especially if you can get through the first week (7 days). Its hard but its really worth it. Hang in there.

Thank you for the advice. I did manage to eat a banana and I've been drinking a lot of water. I'm starting to feel a little better so hopefully by lunch time I can get a good meal in. Maybe by not eating right away when I felt nauseous made it worse. Best of luck to you tplummer on the rest of your journey!
