help replacing eggs!

Sadly I think myself and eggs just don't get on. I've noticed a correlation between bloating, angry tummy and having boiled eggs. 

 

I rely on them for a quick protein and fat source. 

 

What can I use instead that's quick and convenient?

Canned fish packed in olive oil is the quickest, most convenient protein/fat combo I can think of. Otherwise, spend a little time prepping things to have on hand and the possibilities are practically limitless. I almost always keep cooked chicken and various meatballs (from Well Fed 2) on hand in my fridge. Easy peasy and ready to grab anytime.
