Even if it's not perfect, it's still an amazing life change, and you know, the whole30 exercise just seems to be a good kick in the pants that also shows us (or at least me) how much processed food/ sugar I eat without knowing it. keep up the healthy habits! i'll be doing the same Link to post Share on other sites
